Here are a few more pictures of the river running through Hoi An as we did our afternoon walkabout.  It had been an extremely long day, including a flight into Da Nang from Saigon, a visit to the Cham museum, the climb up Marble Mountain, a mediocre lunch along the riverfront, and an afternoon of walking through gardens, shrines, and the open-air market.

At the end of the day we were finally taken to our hotel, the very lovely Ancient House Resort.  (I regret not getting a picture inside of my room - it had an immense bed with a silk canopy - as well as a bathtub that was big enough to sleep in.  And rest was essential after climbing up and down Marble Mountain!)
